From my personal experience, I think that in many cases experienced doctors are better than young doctors. I’m not talking about all doctors, but when I was on treatment in the hospital, I really felt the difference between them. Young doctors often made mistakes, forgot about medicines… But there was no case when experienced doctors made a mistake, and also my doctor gave advice on how to recover faster, what was better to eat, drink, and so on. It is not for nothing that in the hospital every young doctor is being controlled by an experienced doctor.
